Elena Chizhova

Head of the service center

Elena was born in Moscow. Graduated from Moscow State Open University with a degree in Management.

Was working in In-House Human Resources Departments as well as in following consulting companies: COMSTAR Telecommunications, IMPEXBANK, Manpower, holding various positions from Recruitment Specialist to a Team Leader for Financial and Banking Companies.

In February 2008 Elena joined ANCOR as a Leader of Mass Recruitment Projects for Banks and Investments. Promoted as a Deputy Key Accounts Director.

In May 2011 became a Head of Key Accounts Department of a leasing company of ANCOR Holding.

In January 2014 was appointed to a position of Operations Director and afterwards, became a Director of Outsourcing in ANCOR Consumer Goods strategic business unit.

In October 2020 Elena was promoted as a Head of ANCOR Consumer Goods.

Since 2024, she has been appointed Head of the service center.
