Yulia Semernikova

Head of Trade Marketing Outsourcing, ANCOR Outsourcing

In 2011, she graduated with honors from Ivanovo State University with a degree in Advertising. 

Yulia has 15 years of experience in managing and developing projects in the field of trade marketing, including 9 years in leadership positions. Her responsibilities included full management of outsourcing projects in sectors such as household appliances and electronics, as well as banking services. She was in charge of budgeting, program implementation control, field sales management, and client expectation management.

Yulia joined the ANCOR team in 2022 as a Senior Business Development Manager for the trade marketing outsourcing division. Thanks to her successful work, the company gained wide recognition in this field, and new clients appeared in ANCOR’s portfolio.

Since 2025, she has held the position of Head of the Trade Marketing Outsourcing Division at ANCOR.
