In 1993 graduated with honors from Far Eastern State University with a degree in Geophysics.In 2018-2019 received advanced professional retraining in EМВА’s course “Project management: best business technology and practice” in National Research University, Higher School of Economics.
From 1991 up to 1998 was working in V.I. Il'ichev Pacific Oceanological Institute (Far Eastern Branch Russian Academy of Sciences), developing her career from an engineer to junior research associate.
In 1998 started her Human Resource career in Far Eastern ANCOR Branch as a recruitment consultant.
In 2010 became a Team Leader in ANCOR headquarters in Moscow.
In 2011 headed one of Russian staffing companies.
From 2018 has been holding a position of ANCOR’s Chief Strategy Officer.
In 2021 was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Strategic Development in ANCOR.
