Business Development Director of Podbor

Graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, majoring in Finance and Credit. Passed two stages of one of the most prestigious exams in finance CFA.

Kirill began his career in finance and investments in the structural products department of a large international bank. Then he was engaged in investments in commercial real estate, where in 2 years he participated in deals worth more than $1 billion.

In 2015 he founded the first HR-tech product - career portal. In October 2016, he launched one of the first cloud-based ATS in Russia. Hundreds of Russian and international companies became its clients .

In 2019, he launched Podbor.io, a service for finding IT specialists, with the largest IT companies in Russia and the CIS as clients. In 2021 Podbor joined the ANCOR International Staffing Group continuing its development.
