Evgenia Norbaeva

Head of NFO, ANCOR Outsourcing

Evgenia Norbaeva graduated from the State University of Land Management with a degree in Environmental Protection and Rational Use of Natural Resources.

She joined the ANCOR in 2012 as a Business Development Specialist, selling outsourcing and staffing services to clients across the country.

In 2019 Evgenia moved to the Business Development Department of the Management Company, the main task of which was to select and launch new outsourcing areas.

In 2020 she worked in Bangkok, where she participated in the launch of outsourcing services at ANCOR Thailand.
 
In 2021 she joined the ANCOR Industry team as a Project Manager, in 2022 she moved to the position of Territory Manager.
 
Since July 2023, she has been leading the NFO within the ANCOR Outsourcing business unit
