Elena has been working in the recruitment industry for over 20 years and has been one of the top 10 strongest consultants in Russia.

From 2001 to 2010 she worked in ANCOR as a group leader in the "Insurance" market. After that, she ran her own recruitment agency for Fintech specialists for several years.

After returning to ANCOR, she led the Hitech & Telecom recruitment practice at ANCOR from 2020 to 2022.

Elena Ivanchikhina joined the GeekSource team in 2022. Elena was responsible for operational management of recruitment, client portfolio development, and service quality.

At the beginning of 2023, she assumed the position of Executive Director of the company and since then has been responsible for the development of GeekSource as part of the ANCOR Group.
