Аудитор качества поставщиков (Supply Quality Auditor)
Обязанности:
Execute supplier audits, approve new vendors and re-approve current vendors.
Define and set procedures & guidelines for vendor quality assurance.
Manage vendor quality for nominated global categories.
Develop performance improvement programs in areas where vendor performance is falling short of requirements.
Manage and co-ordinate resolution of supplier / vendor complaints for nominated supplier by troubleshooting issues and facilitating issue resolution.
Develop and train subject matter expertise (SME) in key raw materials by becoming well versed in the process technologies, visiting multiple vendors, understanding risks, and documenting knowledge to share and leverage across the organisation.
Qualify suppliers by validating HACCP flows, ensuring raw material compliance to specification and ensuring the supplier has capability with the raw material to be approved.
Understand & share best practice / trends internally (across regions) and externally (attend/sit within identified trade associations).
Drive process improvement initiatives with strategic suppliers.
Assist with start up support for with new product/ projects with nominated vendors where necessary.
Responsible and accountable for training Supply Quality Auditor within nominated category.
Develop and deliver Supply Quality training programs to the core and extended teams.
Harness knowledge from external technical and reference organisations and propagate learning’s and best practices within the organisation.
Horizon scanning of emerging issues.
Responsible for SME Talent Management Development.
Support and enforce Global Supply Quality way of working and a quality culture
Требования к опыту:
Ability to represent the needs and interests of Kerry Group with vendors.
Experienced working relationships with vendors; has the appropriate business acumen to manage supplier relationships.
Strong background in auditing ( 10 years ), training raw materials (ingredients & packaging Quality Control), food safety, HACCP food processing technologies, risk assessment and specification development.
Problem solving and complaint resolution.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams at multi levels within the organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and conflict management skills
