Regulatory Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance of products portfolio to EEU, State and internal Regulations and requirements;
- Steer products, raw and packaging material compliance clearance process;
- Ensure compliance of all claims and information provided with products as well as advertising and media materials;
- Ensure Cosmetovigilance and Product Lifecycle Management processes are in place across the region;
- Support Consumer Service functions with all needed knowledge and expertise;
- Track and follow-up on all relevant Regulation changes;
- Lobbying and advocacy of the Company’s interests with external stakeholders: Government, Federal Services, NGOs, Industry Associations;
- Ensure that the interfaces between Regulatory and other departments are managed efficiently;
- Influence through knowledge power to guide business managers at every stage of product lifecycle;
- Engage in cross functional team activities from initial stages of product planning;
- Steer development and implementation of new IT systems and tools required for efficient operation of R&D department, as well as enhancing existing ones;
- Manage R&D-related Master Data and corresponding tools, ensuring availability for key stakeholders: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, etc.;
- Steer development, update, and control of internal and cross-functional procedures for R&D department;
- Steer proper data management for product lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Higher education (chemistry, standardization/certification, chemical technology, cosmetics technology/food technology);
- At least 5 years as Regulatory Affairs Manager (preferably in FMCG multinationals);
- Strong knowledge of EEU Technical Regulations and Russian Laws covering Cosmetic products;
- Knowledge of cosmetic products, technologies, and market;
- Knowledge of product development process;
- Deep knowledge of Product Safety and Cosmetovigilance;
- Knowledge of claims substantiation processes and approaches;
- Developed network within Regulatory society, established connection to NGOs and State bodies;
- Experience in presenting company in industrial associations;
- People management experience is a must;
- English (minimum - Intermediate);
- Strong analyst, good computer skills, good communicator;
- Strong leadership, judgment and influencing skills;
- Self-starter with proactive attitude;
- Attentive to details, multitasking, proactive person.
