Patient Advocacy manager

Наш клиент, крупнейшая международная фармацевтическая компания, в поисках Patient Advocacy manager (работа с пациентскими программами, организациями).


As a Patient advocacy manager, you will be responsible for supporting communications with PAGs and internally with cross-functional team, coordinate external event activities and projects. Reporting to the Patient advocacy Lead you will:


· Proactively manage our patient advocacy group relationships with our advocacy partners

· Work cross functionally with internal colleagues and provide support to cross-functional team (medical, marketing, PR, market access, GR) to align our advocacy activities to brand strategies, identifying opportunities to deliver on shared goals

· Implement initiatives and programs that engage and align patient groups in support of patient education, engagement and reform of health system policies that improve patients’ access to timely and appropriate treatment in partnership with cross-functional team, specifically, policy colleagues.

· Deliver impactful disease awareness campaigns and external events across a range of therapy areas aligned to strategic aims

· Prepare presentations and positions papers to increase and strength Patient Advocacy impact inside company

· Coordinate sponsorship and donation requests

· Responsible for document management and monitoring process

· Ensure compliance across all functions

· Maintain the highest standards of patient care, focusing on ethical conduct and company values

· Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned


Experience and Capabilities:


· Biopharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare industry experience required

· Experience liaising with patient advocacy groups and an understanding of their aims and objectives

· Proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns and events involving patients and patient groups

· Business acumen and an understanding of the aims and objectives of the pharmaceutical industry

· Understanding of the IAPM Code as it relates to pharmaceutical companies and interactions with patients and patient advocacy groups

· Understanding of health policy and how to impact change

· Excellent written skills, including enhanced presentation skills

· Management skills: ability to coordinate project teams involving cross-functional interaction and interaction with vendors and external stakeholders

· Problem solving – ability to resolve conflict and deal with a wide range of complex problems independently

· High ethical standards and an appreciation of local compliance requirements

· Fluent English would be an advantage
