Consumer Insights Executive
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead quantitative and qualitative consumer research projects in all stages of the process: from initial brief to a final presentation of results
2. Manage research agencies to ensure high quality of execution of projects, including fieldwork execution, analysis, and report preparation
3. Be a partner to internal clients (brand groups, trade and product teams) helping them to shape their research agenda, advise on methodologies and generate insights
4. Perform adhoc analysis, manage data requests and prepare analytical reports
5. Translate research findings into actionable business recommendations to drive growth for the business
Requirements:
1. Higher education (preferably Marketing / Sociology / Economics)
2. 2+ years in Research / Insights within either FMCG industry, or/and Research Agency
3. In-depth understanding of consumer research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative
4. Ability to translate research results and data into actionable insights and opportunities
5. Structured and organized working style with attention to quality, detail and accuracy
6. Flexibility, high level of resilience
7. Effective communication and presentation skills
8. English – at least Upper Intermediate
9. Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint
