C&B Manager

Our client is a big international company. FMCG producer  

Responsibilities: 

• responsible for total rewards in Russia; 
• budgeting; benchmarking, calculation and salary reviews; 
• grading; 
• suggesting new incentive programs; 
• managing benefits; 
• managing various programs (such as well-being etc.) 

Requirements: 

• higher education; 
• experience as a C&B Expert or Senior Specialist; 
• experience in budgeting is mandatory, other C&B functions - preferable;
• English - Upper-Intermediate
