Junior Brand Manager
International FMCG company is searching for JBM with 3+ years experince in marketing and NPD.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of marketing plans;
Management of brand marketing tools (pricing, product, packaging, consumer communication);
Consumer trends & insights analysis, brand health analytics;
Participation in brand strategy development;
Development & execution lead of 360 marketing campaigns, including BTL, digital activations;
Leadership of NPD projects & close collaboration with other departments (production, planning, sales, purchasing, finance, trade marketing);
Agencies briefing & tendering;
Budget management & control;
Regular overview and ad-hoc reporting on brand/projects performance.
Key competencies/Skills:
High education (preferable marketing, commerce, etc);
Working experience in marketing in FMCG market at least 2-3 years as Junior BM/Marketing assistant/BM associate;
Perfect analytical skills;
Profit and Loss (P&L) management experience;
New Product Development experience;
Nielsen acknowledge on high level;
English (B2 and higher);
