Business Development Manager (Mining and Construction Industry segment)
Company: global manufacturer of pumpimg equipment for industrial and construction applications.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- manage sales in Mining & Construction industry segment (STAN Countries) and conduct all related activities;
- map relevant end-user market and indirect channels of Mining & Construction partners (contractors, designers, maintenance companies, suppliers etc.) in the region;
- improve Mining & Construction Sales activity by increasing market share, exploring new profitable opportunities, outpacing competitors;
- meet turnover and mark-up plans, carry out associated marketing and sales work;
- co-operation with Area Sales Managers in the designated territory to align sales activities and channels.
Required skills and experience:
- university or college degree in technical or engineering field, in Mining & Construction Technology or it’s Engineering is preferred;
- knowledge of pump equipment is preferred;
- 5yrs+ experience in Mining & Construction equipment sales field;
- fluent in English is a must;
- good IT skills (MS Office);
- driving license;
- ability to travel 25-40% or work days;
- relevant experience of working in or with STAN countries will be a huge advantage.
