ESG Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR 

•Executing ESG corporate strategy in social stream and create and execute communications all streams ESG strategy across RUCAB area (Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan & Kazakhstan). 

•Activating large scale social campaigns in terms of ESG as well driving awareness and consideration in external & internal campaigns of ESG agenda. 

•Working closely with cross-functional partners to help maintain and advance the company’s ESG agenda with relevant stakeholders and tell our story to our own employees, media, community members and society.  

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE 

•Higher education 

•3-5 years in communications or change management or related areas, such as PR,  HR, Corporate Relations. 

•Good knowledge of public policy matters - more specifically relating to ecology,  social and governance.

•An ability to manage many competing demands and to priorities effectively. 

•Proven-track record working on communications initiatives involving external &  internal communications. 

•Ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional leads •Excellent writing skills in Russian, fluency in English. 

•Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
