Lawyer/Generalist (practice leader)

Our client is an international communication agency, one of the market leaders. 

Responsibilities: 

• managing corporate ans invest law issues for the agency; 
• consulting external clients regarding corporate, investment, M&A questions; 
• representing clients in court; 
• developing practice. 

Requirements: 

• degree in law; 
• experience of work in ILF or in-house as a generalist (specialization - corporate and investment questions); 
• experience of litigation; 
• English - advanced (will be practiced in communication with clients and 3rd parties abroad); 
• experience of work under English law.
