Client & Customer Management (External)
Builds new and manages existing relationships within learning providers, universities, employers and national bodies to drive sales, progression and retention. Applies key account management and consultative approach to key relationships.
Carries out B2B and B2B2C sales activities to achieve sales targets. Manages sales pipeline and regularly reports on progress. Develops and leverages business partnerships. Travels extensively to allocated regions.
Data Collection & Analysis
Conducts research using primary data sources and selects relevant information to enable analysis of key themes, trends and identify prospects.
Planning and Organizing
Works very closely with the Head of Market Development and Market Head Russia & RMMs to provide vital contributions to * business plans, budgets and forecasts. Develops and executes individual plan.
Maintains accurate partner and market data utilizing appropriate systems.
Products and processes
Builds deep understanding of * products, competency frameworks and processes.
