E-com Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Work on proposals for Business development in e-com channel Initiatives for a water category;
Support in the development and execution e-business strategy for brand in the Russia & CIS;
Work on annual promo plans and developing yearly JBPs with distributors and key accounts;
Deliver effective execution of the annual promo & trade plans that will contribute to the delivery of the Russia & CIS KPIs (volumes, revenue, profit, market shares);
Volumes forecasting and new listings execution;
Close day-to-day communication with distributors and accounts in terms of developing and executing promo plans within aligned KPIs;
Planning and control of spending of the promo budget in accordance with the approved level of investment;
Develop and drive excellence in execution: visibility on key accounts (search, images, description, product recommendations, shopper comments, additional placements);
Analyze promo & trade activities in terms of ROI and developing a new proposal for increasing efficiency;
Seeking for new growth opportunities for the channel in close connection with distributors and key accounts;
Managing document flow and payments terms.
Summary of Requirements: Key Skills & Competencies:
Ideal candidate would typically have 2-3 years of experience in commercial/marketing function within ecommerce channel;
Strong communication skills & ability to identify win-win solutions within key stakeholders (internal, distributor, key accounts);
Previous experience in commercial negotiations;
Project Management skills;
Pro-active approach: seek for rooms for development within the channel;
Advanced Excel & Analytical skills;
Knowledge of category vision is a plus;
Fluency in English is a must;
Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively;
Entrepreneurial mindset: fast-learner and results oriented.
