Solution Architect
A large international company is looking for Solution Architect to join its team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Development of CRM systems for global company solutions in the Sales and Marketing division;
-Establish strong working relationship with other IT Teams and ensure regular communication related to the existing and new technologies in CRM and Digital Sales area;
-Build strong relationships with relevant vendors and influence their product developments to ensure proper support for company’s needs;
-Ensure that CRM and Digital Sales solution architecture is aligned with the principles and directions established by the enterprise architecture;
-Provide solution architecture services for CRM and Digital Sales projects:
-Provide a balanced architecture evaluation considering Project delivery constraints and sustainability of the solutions; -
Analyze and sign-off the use of non-standard technologies in the projects;
-Provide guidelines and advisory to project teams on solution architecture;
-Define and maintain architecture standards for CRM and Digital Sales platforms:
-Establish and maintain consistent Architecture standards for CRM and Digital Sales solutions, which should consider solution platform, integration, UX and BI requirements, security and data management;
-Promote, communicate the architecture standards to IT and user community on a regular basis; -Propose potential optimizations to simplify the solution architecture;
-Innovation leadership:
-Stay up-to-date with the technology and industry trends;
-Leverage Proof of Concepts to evaluate new technologies;
-Proactively anticipate issues and propose mitigation plan before starting a real implementation;
-Work closely with BTS leads to gather the business demand for new solutions and technologies;
-Manage introduction of new technologies and transition of new selected technologies/solutions to the project or application delivery teams;
-Enterprise Architecture Support:
-Support the definition, implementation and promote the Enterprise Architecture frameworks (for example, solution architecture modeling using ArchiMate language).
Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of computer science, software and systems engineering;
-You have a University Degree IT or equivalent;
-10+ years of overall experience in the IT discipline in multi-national environment;
-8+ years experience in managing and architecting CRM or Digital Sales system implementations (preferably, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft);
-8+ years experience in project management and IT / Business process management;
-Excellent knowledge of CRM & Digital Sales ecosystem, strong expertise in underlying technologies like cloud, BI, mobility, integration, big data, security;
-Experience in Solution Architecture tasks and methods, good understanding of enterprise and solution architecture concepts and standards is a must. Archimate knowledge is a plus;
-Fluent English is a must;
-Excellent planning skills, time management and ability to architecturally support concurrent CRM and Digital Sales Systems projects;
-Excellent inter-personal communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
-Excellent analytical skills, strong thought leadership, structured and results-driven way of working, and ability to get things done;
-Highly motivated, hardworking individual with desire to continually learn new skills and improve;
-Demonstrated interest in discovering and introducing new technologies applicable to relevant domains.
