Manage assigned customer portfolio, securing customer share and satisfaction, while connecting customer and Atlas Copco organizations. Prepare sales projections every quarter. Maintain good market knowledge over its product portfolio: prices, competition strategies, product positioning and sales channels. Keep track of market shares in its product portfolio. Manage distributor?s network to achieve yearly targets. Keep technical information, localized marketing material and competition comparisons updated while directly informing PC of possible product improvements, customer preferences and market trends. Study new niches in order to stimulate demand of our products. Propose entry strategies and support in the execution. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer / prospect contract towards agreed business aims, Inc costs and sales- especially managing personal time and productivity. Undertake proposals and perform the calculation of sales prices to achieve sales targets. Support sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers. Maintain regular contact with all customers especially key accounts. Develop and maintain good customer relations. Support sales through the effective provision of sales data, including recording of visit and action reports. Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken. Develop and deliver presentations to enhance company image and increase sales. Consistently analysis the business across the sales area, inc. customer spending on both Atlas Copco equipment accounts and competitor accounts in order to benefit the business. Attend to training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Требования к опыту:
Английский разговорный, технический. Понимание электротехники или оборудования, бытовой техники: Strong knowledge of the local industrial market, ability to work with numbers. English (upper intermediate). Professional user of MS office. University degree (technical background preferable). Capability to learn; ability to work alone and within team. Good presentation and time management skills. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferable).
