Why is it important for an employer to conduct periodic personnel audits? Here are a couple of reasons:
Labor legislation and judicial practice are subjected to constant changes, and it can be hard to keep track of such changes. In the last 2 years electronic employment record books and new conditions for remote work have been implemented, the legislation on personal data has changed, new forms of reporting have appeared in the Pension Fund, employees with family responsibilities have received more benefits and a lot of other things. Quarantine has brought significant changes to the court approach on the employment termination procedure, employees are more often being rehired now.
The procedure of supervisory inspections has been tightened for employer. In 2021, an inspector has the right to come with an inspection visit or raid inspection without any warning and does not need to have a claim from an employee to do this. During such inspections, an inspector may conduct photo and video recording of the violations on the territory of an organization. The more violations of labor legislation and labor protection are detected, the greater the risk of the organization being included in the regular schedule of planned inspections (up to once in 2 years).
While conducting an HR audit, our lawyers will check your documents compliance with the current legislation, develop the correct forms of HR documents and make a detailed report on how to eliminate violations.
Only in ANCOR HR audit is conducted not by HRs, but by practicing labor law trial lawyers who will rank all the identified violations according to the degree of their importance and give comprehensive recommendations on how to exclude penalties and legal disputes with employees and supervisory authorities.
