Irina Avdonina

Director of Recruitment Process Outsourcing

In 1998 graduated from Russian State University for the Humanities with a degree in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics. Earned additional education in Pyatigorsk State University with a degree in Psychology of English as a language.

In 2008 Irina started her job in ANCOR as a Deputy Director of “ANCOR Banks and financial services” where she was responsible for active development of outsourcing services.

Through 2010 was responsible for a whole range of services for banking and financial sectors. In 2010 headed ANCOR Outsourcing which provided clients with all kinds of outsourcing services in more than 40 Russian cities and all other company’s locations.

From 2016 headed ANCOR Professional specializing on services for FMCG companies. From January 2018 held the position of Director of ANCOR Consumer Goods.

In 2020 Irina got "E-commerence 360°" certificate at e-commerce business school iWENGO.

In 2020 became a Director of ANCOR RightForce, business unit focused on Project recruitment, RPO and MSP services.

Since 2023, she has become a Director of recruitment process outsourcing.
